o yeah definitely an improvement. but im sure he not only worked out but got some cosmetic surgery as well. very common for wealthy men to get lip in their belly n lovehandles and also under their chin n neck.

nevertheless definitely alooooooooooooooot better.

He might just have had gynecomastia. A lot of heavier men have it.

It simply means his body, for whatever reason, produces enough estrogen to give him small breasts and/or nipple development.

A lot of bodybuilders actually have this as well.
