I am a 27 year old male who is interested in modeling with grooby to work with tgirl models, I am also interested in working as a photographer, however I have some questions first before I even try and email the grooby admins...

First...

Grooby asks that female and male performers interested in working with tgirls to "send their full details, age, location and a selection of photos (including nudes)"

1. What exactly are the "full details"in this case?
2. Do the photos need to be professionally shot? And if they DONT, would professional shots put you ahead?
3. What is the average starting pay of male performers?
4. How do most male performers make there way to working with grooby?

Also...

For photographers,
1. Is it the photographers discretion how much he pays the models he shoots?Or is there a set rate that grooby pays?
2. In all cases does grooby want photos & video?
3. Do most photographers shoot tgirls, and pay them after the photos/video has been accepted by grooby, or is it generally the other way around?

I've shot for Grooby for about 10 years.
I'll answer the first part, the part about shooting for Grooby you should email them as suggested. All I will say is if you want to shoot you have to be able to find models otherwise you probably won't go anywhere.

If you want to perform with tgirls you need to send pics that show your face, body and dick. They do not have to be professional they just have to show what you got.

In my case when I do hardcore shoots I usually let the girls decide whether they want to shoot with a guy depending how they like his look. Of course not all tgirls will like all guys, so I like to have some chemistry and attraction. It is pretty obvious to me which guys are very good looking to most girls, however I am sometimes suprised at what attracts some tgirls.

Since you are shooting for tgirls sites, the male performers get less pay than the tgirls. However this varies from shooter to shooter, but a good male model can get lots of work. Again if you are not near tgirls and don't know many, you aren't likely to get much work.
