Sorry for the pun, lol, I just wanted a cute title.

Serious question for everyone. Questions for the guys and girls about breast enhancement surgery.

Girls:
If you have had breast enhancement, what were your reasons for it?

Would you go back if you could and have never gotten them?

If you have not gotten breast implants, do you plan on getting them, or do you have a reason that you are not going to?

Guys:

Do you care if a girl is all natural or has implants? What is your reason, if any?

I've tossed it around in my head many many times whether or not I would like to have breast enhancement surgery. I've decided that unless my breasts do not grow to what I think would be best for me then I *might* get them. I'd rather not, I really enjoy them being natural, but who know's how I will feel later?

My preference is that breasts look and feel as natural and proportional to a girl's body as possible, whether hormonal or implants. There are some outstanding surgeons who know how to form breasts with implants that are simply gorgeous and feel quite real. I don't like rock hard saline implants and I don't like breasts that seem stuck under the skin like grapefruit (sorry for the bad image, but that's what they can look like). But well-formed, soft breasts are great. I also love purely hormonal breasts as well, which feel so good to touch.

But that's a guy's perspective. What's important I think for a girl is what makes her feel good and look good in her own eyes. That's the bottom line.

Yes, I have had breast enhancement surgery (implants) and No I wouldn't take it back. However, it was not as easy to recover as most girls don't share that part of it. There are Many Many risks when it comes to this procedure. It is a very serious surgery that you can die from. Find the right doctor and make sure that you are 100% sure you want to have the surgery because the recovery is far from easy. There is so much to say about implants but I don't think I can fit it all in here. The Scariest moment for me was having to sign that waver just in case something goes wrong right before surgery. It's like signing your life away just in case something happens. Check out the risks on Breast Augmentation, then decide.

i have been lucky that i have never had any probs after

i have had a few boob jobs and no pain and i have always felt safe!

but that's just me and yall know i love surgery!!!

I plan on getting some ... Hormone pills/shots do not give u much tittys! LoL!

So not true Kiely, depends on your hormone and anti androgen, I know alot of gals that have really cute "hormone" boobies!

I think breast size is the flipside of the coin from dick size, and in some ways just as irrelevant. Leaving aside the fantasy world of porn, isn't it the person that matters? I do know that having a full top deck does wonders for a woman's self-confidence, and in the end it's her body and her right, but still.....People bring more than their bods to a relationship. Personally I would always say "If you're doing it for yourself, I'll support you all the way, but if you're doing it for a man, take a minute or two to think about this."

A funny thing you know-- even in professional encounters, personality counts for more than looks, or tit, or dick, size. A beautiful woman with a bad attitude, or a less beautiful woman who's fun to be with and whose company you enjoy? There's no contest in my mind.

Thanks, Texxx and xact. Gia, I love your boobies too! Yours are among the best I've ever seen, TG or GG. But as Jordan says, depending on the hormones and the girl, "all-natural" boobies can be just as fine as the best implants in appearance, and you can't beat their feel.

Of the two best sets I've ever experienced intimately, one was implants superbly executed by Dr Gray of SF and the other was purely hormonally induced. The first girl has exquisite 38DDs which are in perfect proportion to her 5'11" frame and the surgery was so flawless that their shape from the chest and cleavage seem totally natural, plus they feel so good, soft and yielding yet firm. Virtually flawless. The other girl is 5'7" and petite, and her boobs are maybe 34B, and they feel absolutely incredible. Smaller, but size isn't all that important (a girl I knew in high school used to say "more than a mouthful is wasted and less than a handful isn't worth it").

I haven't had any surgeries as of yet!! But in May I'm going to the same Dr. Gia went to for breast and face I want a nose job cuz It looks like I have my face pressed up against a window my nose is so wide! and I am getting my trachea shaved and breast done to 34 D only 34 B naturally now

Oh come on Kelly, I went and looked at your myspace pics, you're gorgeous! and that includes the nose!

But since we're here, why is it that so many girls hate their noses?
