A bit late but A story of my NYC TRIP
I know not a lot of the member are from out east so I hope this will encourage them to finally go check out the NY scene.
Well I got a little bit hammered on December 31st and well I fell asleep on my way to the airport, thankfully my friend smacked the living crap out of me and woke me up when we got to the airport on January 1st Flying from LAX to JFK was a long long looooong flight don't get me wrong its well worth it.

Decided not to go to Sunney Delights Party....
I arrive in JFK airport its about 450pm.
My first night in NY I am getting over a hangover like crazy, so I meet up at my hotel with a good friend who is trans-gender, I drop my things off freshen up(6 hour plane ride) then we hit the street. We walk around for a bit and she shows me the city well Manhattan/Time Square which was amazing even though it was cold as hell. I continue to look for a certain store giving that it was my friends birthday a few days before I came out East, and felt bad that I couldn't get an appropriate gift in time, that night failed because the store was closed, so we decide to continue walking around and grab/share a hot pretzel(not so hot& too salty)-well at least for my taking.
We get tired of the cold and decide to hop on the Path train to New Jersey so we can go grocery shopping so she can make food when we get back to her house, we totally forget its the 1st and most grocery stores are closed, we then decide to go to chilli's which I usually Despise but it turned out quite nice.We part ways I dont know how to get back to my hotel
01-02-2010 Saturday Night time..
Next day around like 4pm we meet @ the lobby of my hotel again and go out to a few bars that night we go to this bar near 33rd st. subway entrance I didn't like it much since everyone elbows are hitting-CROWDED to all hell. So we decide to head out after an hour or so and go to a restaurant named Dallas BBQ'S which is amazing but 10 dollar patron shots pissed me off-wasn't thinking logically instead of buying a whole bottle.While we Finish out food I am full and feel sick because I usually don't eat a whole lot(outside the house food).

Cold COLD COLD Night colder than most and very windy my friend and me decide to go see Avatar in IMAX 3D- In my opinion total EPIC FAIL but then again it reminded me too much of Final Fantasy-Spirits Within.
During the movie she gets scared and hops a bit out of her seat I could do nothing but laugh and ask is it because its in 3D? shes like no I get scared easily.-I continue to laugh.Movie is over,and we head to her spot in New Jersey so I can help put something together for her...like 5 mirrors I mount to her walls and ask at the same time why buy so many damned mirrors, The reply I get is because I like seeing myself...So I am the smartass I grew up to be...I take a picture and say here look at yourself-She scorns me all I can do is laugh.Later in the night we watch a movie because we are bored...Reservation Road- Sad movie but very interesting.

Monday night we go to a Greek place named Molyvos- expensive place but I came prepared to spend some cash their fish was amazing and Spinach appetizer was to die for because it was amazing, they got some really good medallion brut champagne :D afterwards we go to the store in which I finally get her, her Birthday present, LONG PAST DUE.Cut this night early because I was sleepy.(drank a whole bottle alone ^_^ )

We go out to an Oyster Bar very close to my hotel I get some good noodles w/ alfredo sauce and she gets the lobster special I see shes not liking it and ask want to trade, she did and I was actually liking the lobster ^_^ guess its one of those either you like it this way or not.
I decide to tell a friend of mine who lives out west also that I will be going to sunneys party that night, stupid me forgetting he is friend with miss sunney and he tells her I will be going, so I say when I enter the door How are you to her and so-and-so told you I was coming she gave me a heart filled hug and kind Welcome.
I stayed for a few hours and met a few people from other boards, I decide to leave around 3am and head to my hotel, I spent about 40 bucks on beer in 10 mins since I wasn't trying to pick up the girls like most the dudes were.One of the girls and I were talking and I was like nah I am here but not looking for what Mr Burns is looking for, just to make friends she then says this isn't the place for you to make friends then- at the time I didn't know how to take that as an insult or her being genuine with me, so I brush it off and continue drinking.

I decide to go to Macy"s in Newport(new jersey) and get a jacket the same one I was wearing but a different color when I walked in, Cashier says wow you must really like this company, I said sure do mostly because its comfy I buy other clothing also-No sales tax on clothing I was so shocked and happy compared to California's 9 percent+ sales tax.

I go to my friends house in New Jersey I finally understand NYC subway system so I shower and go she makes dinner that night and I attempt to fix her computer (FUCK VISTA ^_^) install windows 7- epic fail the back up didn't have enough disks so I had to stop. I say sorry and shes like its OK!, at least now you told me how to do it.
I decide to head on back to the city around 130am and I hit up sunneys party on more time on my way there I get in a cab with a very rude driver I decide to pay with my card and he YELLS at me for not tipping I said o really hop out the cab and say go eff yourself to the dude(laughing he was mad because he didn't get tipped)while at the party it was not as good as Tuesday and well I drank a lot because going alone to clubs kind of sucks, that awkward feeling of being a loser<hates it. Club is closing myself and a friend go to Hollywood diner where this gay dude vogues single ladies and it was on point I clapped when he was done he hit it on the dot.( a bit wasted around 5am I head back to the hotel check out was at noon)

I fall asleep clothes still in drawers and not organized, I fall asleep and wake up around 1045am Headache like crazy hop in the shower and get ready for a 6-7 hour flight back to LAX. I fall asleep after everything is ready not planned. I wake up at 11:55 am and say ooo shoot and call reception to check out they say you have to do it at lobby So I grab my crap making sure I don't forget anything and 11:59 I get downstairs mind you I was on the 26th floor so its a bit of a elevator travel down especially since it stopped a few times, I check out OUT of breathe.
I hop in a CAB to JFK flat rate of 45 guy is cool he said if I get you there before the meter hits 45 buck ill take that, I say cool it hit 36 i decided since the guy was so nice to give him a nice tip.
I was waiting in the airport for like an hour or so for my flight and I am texting my friend who tells me I should come back or she will come out to CA and see the area- which would be bad-ass.
I did a whole lot more but I delayed on making a thread so I forgot most of it lol, But I suggest any of you guys who are into supporting the trans-gender scene make the trip to NY and see how it is, I can personally say I enjoyed myself in NYC, I want to go again in March but that is till later ^_^
