"Self" Project

I finished my photoshoot for my first assignment in Nude Photography class. Here are a few pics. The black and white ones are supposed to be my take on the Hermaphrodite Sleeping statue in the Louvre. The religious one has a second pic that I'll show in class, but not here. Let's just say the nun shows her goodies :)

Pic 3 in your original post is the killer. Stretched out. Covered. Naked. There is something ultra-instinctive going on here.

It was a mistake, but I like it. The prof doesn't like it, so I won't show it in class. We both agreed, though, that if the lighting were more intense and my whole body were bright white to look like a silhouette, it would've been cooler.

My class loved my work. They responded very positively towards my black and white images and some students were very enthusiastic about this image...

And here's the nun one I didn't want to post yet because I didn't want to jinx myself. The prof thought it was super cool. My assistant who photographed me said that he could see God throwing lightning at us when we did the nun pics, but I said, "Hey, don't worry about it. Lightning won't strike us because I'm not Catholic!" Hee hee.

Well, thanks orion and everyone else who responded so positively. My next assignment is to do a nude photo session of someone else. A ts friend of mine said yes. She's got an awesome body. As a backup, the wife of a couple I used to go out with might do it. She's older (46), but has a good body.

Very nice! Of course, I'm a big fan of the "doodle"! ;)

I love the cityscapes; the color one with the blue columns is almost a black-and-white with an alpha channel blue: very striking. And the first photo of the skyline could almost have been taken 50 years ago from the architecture and noirish feel.

The hands are a fascinating study, but I must say, you have the most feminine hands of any tgirl I know, Kalina! (But you knew that already.)
