How would a garter belt pull your panties down?

Most people wear garters only for special occasions, and they tend to wear the garter belt over their panties because it looks better. There are a lot of super-frilly garter belts that certainly wouldn't work at all if you tried to put panties on top of them.

My cousin wears garters almost every day, though, and she wears panties over them because it's easier to go to the bathroom.

I've never actually tried wearing my panties on top. If you have a good garter belt it's easy enough to pull down at the same time as your panties. But if you've got backseam stockings you have have to make sure they're still straight when you pull them back up.

Just wear them over the garters, that way if you want your girl to keep the hoisery on, just pull down the undies. ;)
