Hey guys. This may not be in the right section, but I didn't see anything in the plastic surgery section and I wanted this post to get some traffic. Hope u don't mind seanchai.

I know srs is cheaper and good overseas but what about breast implants? We've all seen some horrible titjobs and I don't want to become a statistic, but I also can't afford the american doctors. What's the cost and quality and safety of south american or thai implants?

Thanks for any input guys. I don't want to "pump" but I can't lie and say the temptation isn't there.

Thanks. they're ok but mones can only get u but so far. I'm hoping that since my breasts are decent, implants will look natural since they have some flesh and tissue to work with.
