hello everyone, i wanna ask the opinion of the ladies about hormones... i've heared so many things about hormones and their side effects, ive read some over the internet... I've heared that the safest way is to take Proscar/Propecia with Aldactone, this combination is a bit expensive and is not available in the Philippines.... Am thinking about premarin, is this any good or should i use pregynova?

i need some suggestions.... may it be combination or just 1 pill.... thanks...
