I am 19 years old
I been using diane pills before since 17..
Now I prefer to use Premarin 0.3 and spironolactone 25mg.

Can you tell me how much premarin anD spironolactone I will take each day??

200mg, basically 100mg in the morning and 100mg at night.

The two numbers for estrogen and testosterone blocker aren't really closely related. The first is how much you can tolerate. The second is how much you need. Keep in mind that there will come a point that you will totally lose your libido from using testosterone blockers. That day will come sooner for some than others and will depend upon your body.

I've been updating my blog on my experiences with mones. One of the things I've noticed, and my studies verify, is that hormonal changes can cause hair loss. The combination of estrogen and a testosterone blocker, such as spiro, will effect hormonal changes in a transsexual. In cases of significant hormonal changes, such as the equivalent of pregnancy, a woman can lose hair... a lot of hair. Being on hormones will, in effect, be the equivalent of pregnancy because the mones are tricking your body into thinking that it's pregnant (this is the goal of birth control pills). Hopefully, someone else can confirm this, but I'm pretty sure I got the analogies correct.

Hair loss is also determined by genetic factors so if the people in your family tend to have lots of hair, don't worry too much about losing a ring of hair in the drain each day. I've been losing a ring of hair for the past couple of years but I still have a full head of hair. I'm 40 and started mones at 35 so you should see changes that would totally eclipse what I'd ever see.
