Hawaii anyone?

I am on a plane tomorrow for Hawaii for a month. Will stay on Oahu the whole time. I've been a few times but never checked out the kind of fun that we all here are so fond of. Any ideas from anyone? Anybody here gonna be there by chance or at least have thoughts on where to do while there?

You must be military if your on Oahu for a month? There's not that much to do!

Check out Venus - I think it's Friday nights, they have a drag show - call them and ask 951-8671 (honestly, haven't been in years). There is also a show at Fusions nightclub in Waikiki on Saturdays. Be prepared for a mixed gay type crowd at both.

What else to do? It's a cultural wasteland out here.

Forget Oahu, and head to Maui, the Big Island, and Kauai. Coffee plantations, active volcanoes, rainforest, surf, there's a lot to do.

Thanks for the input guys. I have been to Oahu several times and while it is a nice place, it is also a bit overrated. Maybe this time I will be able to get to some of the other islands but not sure yet.
