In NYC on Sat, 3/29

Yes, everyone, I'll be in NYC on Saturday, 3/29 for one night! Come meet me for a drink at the Atrium Lounge at the Mariott Marquis! I'll be going to Ina's Silver Swan afterwards! Look for the short girl :)

Well, I had a fun time in NYC this past weekend. My friend Kathy and I hung out at the Marriot Marquis lounge for a while talking to other tgirls who couldn't afford a ticket to the Night of a Thousand Gowns. We met Blaze O'Hara, a funky Irish woman who was visiting the States with her two daughters. She bought me a drink during our conversations. At around midnight, a handful of tgirls at the hotel lounge opted to go to Lotus, a straight bar. Kathy and I went to Ina's Silver Swan instead because, well, we like guys who appreciate us. I met Johnny Walker from the other forum and he, his friend Michael, and I were gabbing away for a good portion of the night. Michael bought me a drink and complimented my hair. "You're very beautiful," he said, trying to impress me with his background as a security guard for several Yankees baseball players. "There's something about you that's different from every other girl here," he said. Father Jerry, Silver Swan's party photographer, took pictures of all of the girls and we compared notes because he actually uses the same camera I do, the Nikon D300. Jerry treated a bunch of us to breakfast. I had a Sicilian omelet at Hollywood Diner. All omelets should have fresh mozzarella cheese! "I heard you were coming to Ina's, so I made it a point to be at the party this week," he said. He drove us all back to our respective dropoff points after breakfast. Such total class! I slept just four hours, got up, and went to Spanky's BBQ for some damn good pork ribs for lunch.
