Her best album was EROTICA.
I hate madonna but purchased EROTICA because it was so fierce!
Her song "VOGUE" is legendary.
It was around this time period when she was wrapped up in so much controversy that she was the best.
Remember "JUSTIFY MY LOVE"?
I have that one too.
She was the queen back then no doubt but now she needs to retire.....
She told old and skanky for my tastes.
She just reeks of skankiness.
I know this will upset many of you but its true.
But even I can seperate the music from the person.

She still the queen baby, she is the blonde super diva that started the real sexual revolution in the late 80 pushing the boundries of sexuality and the very first girl that pushed the so called "pussy powa" 2 the extreme, not to mention 2 challenge the Vatican and the stupid organized religious system...so yeah she still th queen, after 2 decades she still pimping this shit and her concerts just keep getting better, I would like to see your ass dancing your ass off the way she does when u in your 40's baby...
And watch it foo...US SKANKS ROCK...without us the world would be a boring ass place  ...don't worry you didn't upset me...you just show how ignorant you are...age is just a number

MADONNA'S NEW MUSIC IS OFF DA HOOK!
 :!:http://www.Madonna.com
I find Madonna's newest single "Hung Up" very up beat and good. You can hear it at the website link above submitted by WEBGODDESS. I would also like to take note on MAdonnas new documentary. I have been a Madonna fan since she released her album "Erotica" and her book "SEX". I was always very interested and obsessed when I was younger with the controversy around Madonna. Then she ventureed new avenues such as "Evita" and motherhood. I lost interest right there. For years I couldn't stand to listen to Madonna talk. It was almost like she wasnt human. Very mass produced and feeding into trends at the time she still does so. But after seeing her newest documentary "I'm Going To Tell You A Secret". I have a far greater appreciation for this person. Her words inspired me to think like never b4 it was so overwhelming to hear such meaningful and such truth comeing from her mouth. To see her children was like a breath of fresh air. To hear her daughter speak of going to read her mothers book at a childrens hospital made me proud to say I am a MAdonna fan. This woman has not only taken the world by storm since the start of her career but has inspired not only her children but the public to think and to give people the compassion and respect they deserve. I agree with WEBGODDESS her tours have gotten better over the years. Its crazy to think of "Truth Or Dare" and then to think of "I'm Going To Tell You A Secret". This is not the same woman I first grew an appreciation for and like I said now it is a far greater appreciation. Thats my two cents on MAdonna.

Very late on this subject but a few thoughts.
Up to 'Into the Groove' Madonna produced almost perfect pop music that due to where she was partying at and the djs she know like Kammins and Benitez(Jellybean) had strong links with club culture.
She then went through an even poppier stage and then she did 'Vogue'.
From that point on she has tried to chase what is happening in the clubs but always seems to be a few years behind the cutting edge. It all seems a bit forced getting in a producer who was hip a few years back like Price or Orbit to give her stuff a more contemporary feel. But it just doesn't feel right to me.
I can understand what she is tying to do but she falls between the pop stuff and dance stuff.
I still love and play the early stuff, 'Lucky Star' is probably my fave.
