i need some advice

Well i am new to this site and like it this is my first posting but i kinda need some advice. ok here it goes, i been hearing all this stuff about post op ts's and im soooo afraid to do it, its somethng that i had been wanting for the longest time growing up. Now that i am a lil older and more mature i am undecided. I get alot of pressure from my parents saying i should do it what am i waiting for and they will pay for it but now that i have the chance im soooo scared. and not scared because i dontknow if i truely want it im jus scared of the aftermath, i wanna enjoy sex and i want to be able to orgasm but i am truely scared so i was asking for some advice on this issue jus to hear others points of views thank = )

i read another forum topic on something smilar and someone mentioned a good doctor is very important in the surgery. I can't give you advice on whether you should do it or not. But if you decide to do, I do have information for you. I went to this website and saw how some really bad results can look and leave you with little enjoyment during sex. So if you decide yes, I recommend you go to a good doctor like him and to go to him if possible. Look the the website and see some of the pictures in the gallary. On the left side are his results and the right side are results from other doctors. I sure couldn't tell whether they were real or not. I am a doctor myself, but I don't do that type of surgery. But if you have any questions on the terminology he uses such as clitoris and stuff like that, feel free to ask me. Having a good surgery I am sure will definitely help in your transition.

I never had sex with a post-op ts. But I wonder if it feels like a real vagina and gives pleasure the same way a real vagina does. For example, a real vagina has lubricate ommitted during sexual intercourse (if she is excited enough), can this vagina do the same thing? Does anyone know the answers to these questions. If speaking from experience, even better.

I looked at some of those bad results and man...you are right...ouch! One of thing looked like a vagina with two balls next to them. If I went down on any of these girl's vagina with the bad results, I don't know how I would react.
