I don't know of any adverse reactions (Maggie, you there?). Actually, genetic women do take Viagra to increase their sex drive, although Pfizer gave up their testing of Viagra on women in 2004 after inconclusive testing on 3000 women demonstrated (duh) that arousal/desire in women differs from arousal/desire in men. In men, arousal (which V obviously helps) almost always leds to desire, but women, the study found, are much more complicated (like we didn't know that) and while V increased their arousal, that did not consistently lead to an increase in desire. One interesting side effect is that V may aid infertile women (thanks to the fact that it functions by increasing blood flow in the genital area, according to a 2000 study in Britain).

I don't know about porn stars, but there are exceptions among escorts who top and don't use Viagra or Cialis. No Tgirls would want to take enzyte as it advertises for males so one might assume it enhances male hormones which would be bad.
I haven't heard anything good about it anyway, there are much more effective supplements available that enzyte. It is just a pill with gobs of advertising behind it and some unreal expectations. Taking vitamins regularily should do a better job I would imagine.

Viagras does not enhance male hormones in any way, it only provides the facility for more blood to enter the genitals.

A lot of girls I know use viagra, cialis, or levitra. It definitely helps with achieving an erection.
