Morena, I love India's new cd. It's her best yet, though they are all excellent. Well worth the wait. Yes, she does seem to have "sexed up" her appearance on the cd cover, but why not? She's a good looking girl, and a recurrent theme of hers is that she's not just her body (or her hair, as she sings this time around). She's got grace, style, soul, excellent writing and fine playing.

When I met Genesys at Moni's party last week, I told her that the single performer she most reminded me of is India.Arie. I think Genesys appreciated the comparison.

I'm serious mama, I haven't seen the video, and I really don't listen to the radio. If it were not for this forum where you all keep me informed of artist releasing new CD's and music artist advertising their new CD's on the internet, I would never Know.

don't feel bad I haven't listened to the radio in almost 3 yrs. when i was driving i mostly listened to the radio, but after my van went up and i stopped driving for almost 3 yrs i never turned on the radio. i mostly play my mp3 player with the music i enjoy listening to. and although my player has a FM radio I still didn't listen to it. now that i have a car again i listen to the radio.
