well my pick, Argentina, lost a couple days ago. this is a good world cup tho, good games and good upsets. i was surprised to see brazil lose today but france is a damn good team

Coz I have a chatmate from Italy who play soccer and addicted in watching World Cup, actually I don't really watch that much, but everytime we chat, I am always updated with this game coz of him, lol. I find it cute and hi's very nice to me :)

Actually I must admit..

I follow the Argentinian women's Hockey team because they're all so hot. And the Mexican women's beach volleyball team are goooooooorgeous. hahaha.

So I guess i'm guilty of following a team for their looks too.

If a player like Maradona is remembered for his talent (and not mainly for his excesses) then there couldn't be any problem with Zidane ....he is a great champion 8)

Although I must admit it was a little unorthodox for the German players to blitzkrieg onto the field on the back of Panzers.

I hope so, but I feel for the man-- his last match, his swansong-- he'll think for the rest of his days, if I had not done that, would we have won?

At least the French Media are getting behind him.

You possibly don't realise how much Zidane has done for and what he means to the millions of disadvantaged French people who are either from or the descendants of people who came from France's colonies, especially Algeria. To them he is more than a hero. He is an intelligent and articulate man and he must know he let them down.
