Not illegal in Massachusetts (at least, not until 2008, when the question of whether to restrict marriage to one man and one woman MAY go on the ballot--though that seems increasingly unlikely). If she's pre-op, technically it would be a same sex marriage, and Mass is the only state which allows same sex marriage (yeah us).

I would figure out a hack that would rob several million people of a few dollars each. That way nobody gets hurt (a few dollars hurts nobody) but I get rich. It's been a long-standing dream of mine. A true hacker would be somebody who could hack riches; obviously I am not a true hacker by those standards -- but I am happy nonetheless.
