I am on 360 Live everyday and most people are just regular guys. There are a few jerks here and there, but it's good fun.

Actually I agree. I played Socom 2 online for PS2 for about a year straight when I was still in a relationship cuz my man kept me in the house doing the housewife thing but anyhoo I always came accross racist mutha fuckaz cuz I sound "Black" and I also came accross sexist muthafuckaz who'd get mad cuz they were killed by a girl so they call me all kinds of whores and sluts and say I'm probably fat n ugly if I play the game. Eventually I got so good that I slaughtered everyone before they had a chance to even speak and I also developed a clan and began playing with a regular group of people so it stopped.

As for me, I don't play any game online. I might change after I get the Wii. Revolution was a good enough name... but whatever. I have a Gamecube right now but I don't play it much, nor have I bought any new games. The Gamestop game store has this little-bitty shelf space for gamecube games... and there's no real order they put them in. Just sorta stick them on the shelf and forget it's there. You might think it's because it's a dying system right before they come out with another one... but it seems it's always been that way. It looks like favoritism... or bribery.

And guys wonder why girls dont play online games often i bet you had guys hit on you while also,in the future see can you get a wii i think most of us on here are getting one,nintendo uses a buddy system and its also free.

Exactly... family's can be strange. I knew of this family that were intellectuals. The father would be pretty annoyed if his younger son (my friend) got a B in one of this classes... saying nothing about the rest of his classes he's getting A's in. He was extremely bright and had a great sense of humor. Well behaved and did what he was told. The other child, his older brother was the polar opposite. Not only did he get crappy grades but he would talk back to the parents and swear. Yet, they did nothing. As if he hadn't said anything.
Maybe they felt it was justified if they could control one kid then it evens out. Funny thing was years later I had heard he grew his hair out, listened to heavy metal, his grades were shot to hell and he crashed into a parked school bus. Crazy world.

so far ive only been playing my best friend on live so all the racisim and hatred was all in good fun, but ill let yall know soon as it takes a turn for the worse. tho ive never experienced that before when playing online with my ps2 (syphon,socom,juiced,NFS underground 2)

im still getting one but can i just say i HATE the name "Wii" i mean i get it and all but i really think they should have left it as the Revolution. jus my 2 cents

does anyone know if you can turn off the motion control? just curious cause sometimes you wanna game but you might be tired, so you just wanna lay down and relax, and i know if i come home and wanna game i dont wanna have to wiggle that gaht damnd control around all night

Possibly. I think usually the option to turn off the motion is inside the game. When does Wii come out... last I heard it was Fall... but that's not a set date. I haven't looked recently.

XBL is addicting. the 360 may not have a wide variety of games yet, but the few that they do have are fun to play online. i mostly play ghost recon: aw and perfect dark zero online the most.
