I love the nonlinear layout of the tour.. the main nav is clean but the greatest part is the nav system under that. Although I think since "rounded rectangles" are so hot right now you should add a graphic swap using css instead of the background color on hover, but that's just me.
You should also make a wallpaper out of the http://www.thailandladyboy.com/images/tourback06.jpg pic! It's awesome and I love the circular feel, very hip and stylish.

I've got a few things I need to get fixed on Hotwendy before revamping the tour on the other site. Then the fun of a fulll internal members redesign to make things even more shiny happy and hot!

Now I'm off to continue my quest to make a wee little one (practice they say makes perfect) lol ;)

We have banners on http://www.thailandladyboy.com/links.php - you can either sign up for the affliate program (we offer generous payment), or just use a banner of your choice and link to the site. Likewise, if you have an affiliate program, I'll sign up, or if you have a banner, I'll just place it on our links page. Wendy is a great girl (we've exchanged emails in the past, Hi Wendy!) and I'd be happy to help promote her site.

Cool! Good luck with it. I always wish Wendy the best, she's such a hardworking (and sexy!) girl. We're off and running, finally building to a decent level of membership, and the big news is the site owner/photographer is planning his next trip to Thailand, with all the improvements in mind (larger format images, better lighting, outdoor shoots if possible, better video).
