Jordan, I think you're right. I know several girls who have had their breasts done by Dr Gray, and they all speak very highly of him. I don't think it's my place to name the girls, but several are extremely well known, and I know from, mmm, hands-on experience with at least three of the girls that their breasts are nigh-on perfect and flawless, as close to natural as possible for implants.

I've always wondered about "fake coochie" (never called it that!) myself. From what I understand one big difference is the need for artificial lubricants, since the new vagina can't produce its own. I've read that the surgery is subtle enough to preserve senstation and allow for orgasm, though sometimes this ability is lost. That would be a pretty serious loss, I think.

The latest surgery leaves a testicle pushed into the abdomen to regulate hormones and sex drive. There is enough of the penile tissue left to create a clitoris (amazingly with a hood to cover it!) which when stimulated can produce an orgasm.
I've known girls who were unable to orgasm before their operation (mental blocks, years of hormones, etc) yet the surgery they could - so much of sex if from the mind, that if someone was truly comfortable with themselves, finally, that it does happen.
There are some pretty bad jobs also which pretty much removed everything - so no orgasm is going to happen no matter where your head is!

I'm moving back to Ft Lauderdale in Jan or Feb, and Dr. Propis the man I plan to see. I've heard nothing but good things about him so far.

Good to hear that there's someone recommended in Aventura for a nose-job too.
